Product

The Awario Service is meant for identifying and observing heart arrhythmia and consists of the following components:

  1. The Awario measuring device
  2. The Awario mobile phone application
  3. The Awario analysis service

The Awario Service is a CE marked medical device that can be used to observe the heart rhythm regularly. For every measurement, an ECG report is generated. Based on the report, your doctor can diagnose heart arrhythmia. The device recognises atrial fibrillation, high and low resting heart rate and ventricular extrasystoles. The service is suited for both consumers and health care professionals.

The Awario Service has been developed for arrhythmia monitoring. The device recognises four types of heart arrhythmia: atrial fibrillation, ventricular extrasystoles and high and low resting heart rate.

In average use (four times/week), one battery has a lifetime for about two years. Change the battery if the device stops working or if the application indicates that the battery is drained.

You can find the instructions for battery change in the user manual you received with the product.

The Awario measuring device must be delivered to an official WEEE collection point from where it is forwarded to recycling. You can recycle the battery inside the Awario sensor at stores that sell them and at regional collection points.

The Awario Service and its components are made entirely in Finland.

Use

Disclosure of personal and payment card information is necessary in connection with the purchase transaction. You do not need to provide payment card information if you pay for the order via online banking service or by invoice.

The Awario application can be downloaded to your new phone from the phone’s app store. You log in to the application with the same ID as before. You can remove the Awario app from your old phone when it is no longer in use.

The measuring device does not need to be calibrated, but the application needs to be updated regularly. The app will notify you when it needs to be updated.

In the user manual that you received with the product, you find advice on how to perform the measurement correctly, as well as advice in case of problems. The Awario Service is not intended to monitor the heart rate of a pacemaker, but it does not adversely affect pacemaker performance.

Purchase

Currently, the Awario Service is sold to consumers in Heart2Save’s webshop. If you are a healthcare professional or B2B representative, please contact our Customer Service by email info@heart2save.com or by phone +358 44 984 0576 (Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 EET/GMT +2).

You can order a new password from the link in the app. You will then get a new password to the email you used when logging in.

Heart2Save grants the product a one (1) year warranty from the day of purchase. During the warranty period, Heart2Save repairs or changes the defective product without charge. You find more information in the user manual you received with the product. In case of cancellation and return of a measuring device, always contact our Customer Service first +358 44 984 0576 (Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 EET/GMT +2) or info@heart2save.com, to get advice on how to proceed. The consumer is granted a 14-day cancellation right by Finnish law when the purchase was made through distance selling (e.g. by telephone or webshop).
